  •     6 cloves Garlic , mushy

  •     2     tbsp gram flour         
  •     1     cup yoghurt or curd     
  •     1/4     tsp haldi or turmeric         
  •     1/2     tsp Red Chilli powder               

Method for Concocting Satiating Rajasthani Kadhi

  • Preparing a rough paste with garlic and chili in a pestle and mortar is the first step in preparing Rajasthani Kadhi.
  • Put it in a dish, smash it up, and tuck it away. Whisk together the yogurt and gram flour in a saucepan.
  • After adding the water, continue whisking the kadhi ingredients.
  • Ensure  there are no clumps in the kadhi by whisking the ingredients together well. The kadhi rests on this foundation.
  • Add the spices to the gram/besan flour and  buttermilk.  Blend together thoroughly.
