Navratri is much more than just fasting – it’s a sensory journey that connects us to the vibrant tapestry of Indian culture, where every bite feels like a celebration of the divine. Here are two simple recipes – that can be eaten together – red pumpkin or kaddu curry with Kuttu or buckwheat flour pooris. Both these dishes are fasting friendly and will make your festival even more special. These are courtesy Thirumurugan B, Executive Chef, Sterling Kodai Lakeview.
