On July 17, 1994, in Mumbai, she was born. She has an excellent educational background, in addition to being a fantastic singer. She attended home schooling for a while before finishing her education at the American School of Bombay in Mumbai, India. She traveled abroad to pursue her degree at the University of Oxford in England.

Ananya left the University of Oxford before finishing her undergraduate work to focus on her passion for singing and music.

Family

She was born in Mumbai to a prosperous family that adheres fervently to Hinduism. The chairman of the Aditya Birla Group and one of the wealthiest business people in India, by the name of Kumar Mangalam Birla, is her father.

Neerja Birla, her mother, is the chairperson of the Aditya Birla Integrated School and the Aditya Birla Academy, as well as a co-founder of Mpower. Ananya Birla is the first child with two siblings, a younger brother and sister, Aryaman Birla and Advaitesha Birl, respectively.
