Research in the journal Psychology of Sport & Exercise suggests that listening to upbeat tunes during a high-intensity workout increased performance. Heart rates and maximum power outputs were greater in individuals who listened to high-tempo beats compared to those who listened to nothing at all. Participants who listened to music during workouts also reported greater satisfaction with their workouts compared to those who did not. To that end, we’ve gathered some must-have high-energy music to make your outdoor workouts more enjoyable and effective, and to keep you motivated.

Amazon’s 35 Top Workout Hits

Do you need the best music for long-duration cardio activities like jogging or cycling? A good workout companion is the CD 35 Top Workout Hits. This album is a compilation of high-energy music played by a wide variety of instruments.

Pick moderately paced songs like “Summer Chill” or “Working Out” if you’re getting started with an exercise program. When you’re ready to increase the intensity, you may switch to tunes like “Complextro Electronic Music” or “Fast Music.” This CD and your running shoes are all you need to make your outdoor workout spectacular.

High-Octane Selena Gomez Tracks

Feel like you’ve heard every song on your fitness playlist already? If so, listen to some of Selena’s music, which will motivate you throughout your running session. For almost two decades, Selena has been an unstoppable force, penetrating pop culture in a variety of roles. These include that of platinum-selling artist, humanitarian, famous actor, and executive producer. These two feel-good, upbeat tunes are sure to get your blood pumping.

Calm Down

This collaboration between Nigerian artist Rema and Selena Gomez, “Calm Down,” was released in 2022. It’s a 2019 version of the Rema song “Calm Down.” The popular remix is also currently doing its rounds, accompanying social media dance reels.

Hands to Myself

Selena recorded the song “Hands to Myself” for the second album she released, Revival (2015). Interscope Records released it as the record’s third single in January 2016. Produced by Max Martin and Mattman & Robin, the song was written by Gomez, Julia Michaels, and Justin Tranter. A guitar riff, hand claps, a bass line, and some “tribal pop” synthesizers provide the song’s sonic basis, which is a blend of dance-pop and synth-pop.

Bollywood Workout Mix

You may listen to and download Bollywood Workout Mix’s eclectic mp3 music selection at no expense to yourself. There’s a little bit for everyone, including both classics and modern songs. The Bollywood Workout Mix playlist offers everything you need to get in shape, from today’s top hits to old favorites.

Kumaar, Daler Mehndi, Shashwat Sachdev, Shankar Ehsaan Loy, and Vishal Dadlani are a few artists who feature on the tracks. Some of them include Ziddi Dil, Dangal, and Jagga Jiteya. You can work out to tracks like Zinda, Dhaakad, or Garmi, a song from Street Dancer, a Varun Dhawan album. Making a playlist on Wynk Music is a great choice for workout music. You get to choose tunes that you like listening to and that match a specific vibe. They offer everything you need to create the perfect playlist for outdoor exercise.
