Actress Huma Qureshi was born in New Delhi. She completed her graduation in History Honours in New Delhi from Gargi College. She was in the 2007 batch. With a Leo zodiac sign, the age of Huma Qureshi is reported to be 35 as of now. Her debut film Gangs of Wasseypur in 2012 gave Huma the limelight she craved. In 2008, the gorgeous actress moved to Mumbai to start her acting career. She started her career by doing TV commercials which got her a lot of praise. While Huma was in Delhi, she joined the “Act 1” theatre group in Delhi. N.K Sharma, the director, as well as the acting teacher, mentored the actress. In 2008, she came to Mumbai and auditioned for a film named Junction. However, the film got shelved, which was a dead end for Huma. Next, she grabbed a two-year contract for commercials with Hindustan Unilever. Her first ever advertisement was with Abhishek Bachchan, where Huma played a reporter.

The actress got another TV advertisement about phones which starred Amir Khan and got directed by Anurag Kashyap. Huma continued with commercials and did one advertisement with Shahrukh Khan and Amir Khan. Finally, Anurag Kashyap offered her a three-film deal, and she signed with the company Anurag Kashyap Films. In 2012, her first movie got released and she received applause from the audience.

She was the lead in superior films like Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana (2012), Ek Thi Daayan (2013), D-Day (2014) and Dedh Ishqiya (2015). Huma debuted in the Malayalam film “White” and also made appearances in music videos like Mitti Di Khushboo and Tumhe Dillagi. Later, she played a role in a Hollywood film named “Viceroy’s House”.
