Noureen was born in 1984 in New York City in the United States to her Indian parents, giving her a Marathi-Indian ethnicity background. She has two sisters, who she admits to loving so much, and they always support each other in whatever they do. Besides English, Noureen is fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, and Urdu. She has always been very passionate about acting, and after her graduation, she went to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career because she felt she had all it takes to be an actress.
