Reema Shah has been appointed to the Office of The White House Counsel on January 2021. She got the position of Deputy Associate Counsel.

The Office of The White House Counsel deals with an array of legal issues involving The White House and the President of the US, which include handling judicial nominations and disseminating ethics advice to The White House staff among others.

These dedicated public servants will help us meet the unprecedented challenges facing our nation while upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity,” said Vice President-elect Kamala Harris when President-elect Joe Biden and she announced the appointment of additional members of the Office of the White House Counsel.

From Law to Politics

Earlier, Reema Shah worked in the Biden-Harris Campaign; in the debate preparation team for Joe Biden. She also worked as a Counsel in Biden-Harris transition team.  If one were to ask what is the profession of Reema Shah then lawyer would be the most apt answer.
