Diipa Khosla was born in August 1991 in Delhi, India. She spent the first six years of her life there with her family. While living in Chennai, Diipa Khosla attended a Hindi medium school where she started her education. She spent significant time there and later moved with her family to Ooty in Tamil Nadu province. Once settled, she enrolled in the Hebron school and finished her early education there.

An Interesting Plot Twist
Sometimes life gives you a surprise. You take on new interests, new people or make an important self-discovery. Any of these things can change your path and lead you to greater adventures. For Diipa Khosla, it all began while still at the university.
Diipa met Oleg Büller at Amsterdam when she began her studies. They became fast friends and spent a lot of time talking. They connected online and followed each other on social media. After so much time spent together, they fell in love.
Oleg took drastic measures to make their engagement as special as possible. He took the time to create a special Christmas in India themed celebration at Devigarh Palace in Udaipur. When she arrived, he was at the end of a magnificent courtyard ready to propose.
9 Dresses for the Bride?
The wedding festivities were highly fashionable with several themes. Each had their own unique style. For Diipa, this meant a different dress for each occasion. The couple celebrated their vows in both Punjabi and European style weddings. Their wedding lasted for four days, and Diipa was deeply determined to make every moment matter. She hired Sabyasachi Mukherjee and Piny Michaeli to design all of her outfits for every phase of their wedding.
A Few of Her Dress Designs Described
One scene had Diipa sporting a simple light brown Haldi dress with light flowers etched in. The dress had a medium length skirt and was very light. Another day of her celebration had Diipa in a long, flowing white gown with a brilliant light pink and green floral print. The skirt was long and cascaded into a flowing spiral right at the ankles.
Her European wedding had Diipa sporting the traditional white wedding dress. In Western culture, white signifies purity, a desirable status for young brides to have prior to marriage. White could also imply a state of tabula rasa, or clean slate. In short, it means new beginnings for the bride.
Her Punjabi gown was a long, red dress with a matching veil. Red is a traditional color worn by Hindi brides that represents passion and female strength. Red represents starting a new life in marriage. For Diipa, she would soon reflect that new beginning as a young bride with a new career path.
Marriage and a New Career Path
Diipa Khosla settled into married life with a new lease on her career. She began her new position as a social media manager in Amsterdam in 2014. The following year, she discovered her burgeoning interest in fashion and apparel, and it opened up a new journey for her. Diipa took on a position as a fashion influencer and began working independently. She launched her own website and started attracting followers.
Influencing Fashion
Diipa’s new career as a fashion influencer allowed her to take herself to greater heights. She used the power of creative thinking to help promote certain styles for young women. Diipa’s primary audience consists of strong women who are educated and career-oriented. The type of apparel she promotes online strongly reflects the core values of professional success.
Favorite Brands
Of all of the fashion brands out there, Diipa says she favors Paule Ka the most. The Paule Ka site offers a glimpse into French apparel that’s suited for weddings, evening dinner parties, and the office. They offer an entire catalog on different types of trendy clothing styles, from dresses and skirts to casual knitwear.
The Paule Ka collection reflects the fashion principles that Diipa holds dear. The line coincides well with her thinking in terms of the occasion itself. Diipa believes that what you wear should match your environment well. Offices require business attire while a cocktail party necessitates something more formal and elegant. In short, it’s all about where you are at the moment.
More Than an Influencer
Diipa Khosla admits that she has no plans to remain a fashion influencer for the rest of her days. She stated in a recent interview that her future career interests lie elsewhere.
