Why Include Mangoes?

There really is a justification why raw mangoes are so popular. As the king of fruits, mangoes pack a nutritional punch, especially in the form of vitamin C, which is why they’re so revered. We associate the taste of raw mango, also known as Kachchi Kairi in Hindi, with the best of summer.

In a tropical nation like India, we have the opportunity to savour a wide variety of fruit-based beverages, among which fresh mango takes the top spot. During the sweltering summer season, mangoes are used to make a refreshing drink known as aam panna. In addition, ingesting mangoes with sodium reduces dehydration too.
