If you don’t speak Hindi, most of her videos offer English subtitles. Her most popular recipes are for sweets like petha and amla murabba, as well as her tutorial on how to make great naan without a tandoor.

Udemy, the online learning giant, is offering tons of its classes for drastically reduced prices to help people stuck at home during COVID-19. The offerings include 16 different South Asian cooking courses, so you can choose whether you’re looking for one with fewer classes focused on a single dish like biryani, or a more comprehensive program with 75+ videos on the secrets of delicious Indian cooking.
