These are awesome cookies, guaranteed to satisfy your cravings as it contains mini marshmallows, white chocolate, milk chocolate, hazelnuts and whatever else you would like. I made these first to start off my 7th grade with some tasty treats and they were devoured in a second! They might not be the most aesthetically pleasing, but they are heavenly.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 ½ oz butter softened and cubed.
- 3 ½ oz light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 ¾ oz chopped white chocolate
- 1 ¾ oz chopped milk chocolate
- 1 ¾ oz mini marshmallows
- ½ tsp baking powder
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- Cream butter and brown sugar together in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Beat the egg into the mixture until well combined.
- Now gradually add the flour in thirds, mixing between each addition. Add the cocoa powder and mix until combined.
- Now add in the white and milk chocolate chunks and combine well.
- Prepare your baking pan with a piece of parchment paper and place 6 scoops of 2 tbsp each onto the tray. There should be 6 cookies.
- Flatten these with a spoon and place them in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Take the cookies out and place the marshmallows on top and then bake for 10 minutes until golden brown on the edges.
- We are now done. You can add whichever toppings you like, such as M&Ms, nuts, dry fruits, etc. The only limit is your imagination!
