1½ c Fine Bulgar

2.5-3c Hot Water

½ teaspoon Chilli Flakes (add more for taste)

1 Lemon juiced

4 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

4 Spring Onions finely sliced

4 Tomatoes finely diced

1 handful Fresh flat leaf Parsley finely chopped

1 handful Fresh mint optional

2-3 tablespoon Pomegranate Seeds

Pepper

extra pomegranate seeds

Follow the directions on the bulgar packet for how long to leave it in for
