How does one store Ker Sangri?

When refrigerated in an insulated dish, it will keep for approximately a week. Only reheat the quantity of sabzi that will be served at a given time, if you are preparing it in bulk. Because the shelf life of Ker Sangri may be shortened by repeated warming, you may warm it up in the microwave or a pan. If it seems parched during reheating, just add a splash of water and stir it for a bit.
