Rachana Bhide is a broadcaster and organizational psychologist, with 20 years of experience across the financial services and management consulting industries.
Rachana’s media highlights include reporting headline news daily on Bloomberg Radio London, and moderating marquee events for Bloomberg Live — featuring interviews with a range of CEOs, political leaders and industry titans. Prior to her media work, Rachana spent 14 years as a management consulting leader at Accenture, in both the US and Europe.
Rachana is founder of “The Corner of the Court Project”, a program for women to publicly share success stories of their careers and positive impact of men as allies. She conducts live events and has spoken on some of the world’s largest stages for women, including delivering the opening keynote at Women of Silicon Valley, about developing male allies using positive psychology. The program has also partnered with South Asian women’s organizations to raise the voices of empowered women and male allies in India.
Rachana graduated with high distinction from the University of Virginia, and holds a master’s degree from Columbia University. She is delighted each year to celebrate March 8th as both International Women’s Day and the birthday of her (twin!) sisters-in-law, Jennifer and Catherine.
