Roshni Nadar Biography
The daughter of Shiv Nadar and Kiran Nadar, growing up in Delhi, India, she studied at Vasant Valley School. She then attended college in the U.S. and holds a degree in undergraduate studies in Communications from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
She is the sole child of the industrialist, Shiv Nadar. After he stepped down from his role in the company, she became the chairperson of HCL. Roshni Nadar’s age at the time she began working for HCL was 27 years.
After graduation from college, before HCL, she worked for a variety of companies. Her position was as a news producer. She worked first for Sky News UK. Later she worked at CNBC and CNN America.
Roshi graduated from the Forum of Young Global Leaders (YGL, 2014-19). She hopes to inspire the next generation of the world’s leaders.
