For episode #14 of “Sundays with SEEMA,” our founder, Seema Kumar, sits down with the multitalented Nandana Sen. An actor, an activist, and an author—but most of all a devoted daughter and a doting a mother, she is the daughter of two famous and accomplished parents, Nabaneeta Dev Sen and Amartya Sen, and recently published “Acrobat,” a collection of poems that invoke womanhood, intimacy, first love, childbirth and death. We sat down with Nandana to talk to her about her story.

“Sundays with SEEMA” is a television and broadcast series featuring remarkable stories of South Asian women who are pushing today’s limits and breaking tomorrow’s boundaries, broadcast on TV Asia, and on SEEMA TV. It features the untold stories of women with extraordinary achievements as our founder, Seema Kumar, spends Sundays reconnecting with her culture. Check out more on the SEEMA website.
