3/4 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro leaves

1 chipotle peppers, seeded (or more if you like spicy)

salt to taste

Directions:

In a large bowl , mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, salt, ginger root, cilantro and chipotle peppers. Add the chicken thighs and toss until well coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour or up to 12 hours.

In a small bowl combine the olive oil with garlic paste and adobe sauce. Set aside.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place the chicken thighs on the baking sheet, skin side up and place in the oven.
