Meghna Agarwal Biography
Born in Alwar, Rajasthan, India, she came from a small town to chase her dreams.
Meghna earned an MBA in Finance from IMT Ghaziabad. She also holds a company secretary degree from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
After she received her MBA from IMT Ghaziabad, she worked for a while on the Singapore Stock Exchange in 2002. With the advent of the 9/11 attacks, things changed, and the job offers slowed down. It was then that she met Rishi Das and planned her first venture as an entrepreneur.
At the age of 25 she co-founded HirePro Consulting. Her next venture was UltraFine Minerals, where she had involvement in manufacturing with a company working with the cable, polymer, plastic and paper industries.
Through her entrepreneurial ventures, she had a sense of how space worked for a diverse selection of companies. A more flexible workspace was a need, away from long-term leases and traditional landlords. In 2015, she co-founded IndiQube with Rishi Das; it was a co-working space provider that onboarded companies like Cohesity, Bluestone, KPMG, Freshmenu and TMF in the beginning.
Today, IndiQube is an ecosystem of 60+ properties. They are in more than 10 cities with above 4 million SQ.FT of space. The primary office has a base in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
At IndiQube, enterprises constitute up to 85 percent of the overall clientele, and they do not have to rely on freelancers, who might use a space less frequently.
